About Me:
Jackline is the visionary founder and Executive Director of Friends of Children Circle Uganda (FOCC), an organization she established in 2018 to create a nurturing and supportive environment for children in Uganda. With a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Gulu University, Jackline brings both academic insight and hands-on experience to her role. Prior to founding FOCC, she volunteered with various organizations focused on supporting vulnerable children, gaining valuable expertise and deepening her passion for child advocacy.
Jackline has been actively involved in children’s ministry throughout her life, faithfully leading children’s ministries in churches where God has called her to serve. Her ministry work, alongside her dedication to empowering families and children, forms the foundation of FOCC’s vision. She believes that empowering parents and caregivers is the key to helping children thrive and achieve their full potential.
Jackline’s leadership has resulted in significant achievements, including winning the Organic Cereals and Guma projects, generously supported by Latek Stay Alliance. She has also successfully organized medical camps, the 2019 children’s conference, and the yearly Christmas Kind Cover, which reaches hundreds of vulnerable families every festive season, making a lasting impact on thousands of lives.
With her compassionate leadership and unwavering dedication, Jackline continues to inspire and mobilize communities, ensuring that every child in Uganda has the opportunity to grow in a secure, loving, and spiritually enriched environment.
